COPS2000 is deployed to support several jurisdictions in Maryland.  The configuration supports:

• Automated download of traffic data and violations to a central repository,
• Interfaces to motor vehicle databases,
• Third party printing,
• Online payments such as credit card, IVR and cashiers,
• Workflow analysis supporting multiple and varied business rules,
• Call center support,
• Full reporting.

The environment is designed for high throughput processing and scalable to exceed 3000 citations per day.
