COPS2000 is deployed to support several jurisdictions in Maryland. The configuration supports:
- Multi-user positions for initialization and analysis,
- Automated download of traffic data and violations to a central repository,
- Interfaces to motor vehicle databases,
- Third party printing,
- Online payments such as credit card, IVR and cashiers,
- Workflow analysis supporting multiple and varied business rules,
- Call center support,
- Full reporting.
The environment is designed for high throughput processing and scalable to exceed 3000 citations per day.
