The City of Lethbridge, Alberta, has been using IEG’s COPS2000 software for its back office citation processing system for the past nine years. The City has now adopted new hardware solution from IEG geared for in-vehicle and roadside surveillance with seamless integration to COPS2000.

Leveraging the flexibility of COPS2000, The City was able to introduce new camera hardware without any disruptions to its current back office citation processing operations. COPS2000 flexibility permits The City of Lethbridge to continue to leverage its current camera hardware while introducing technology all using the same back office citation system. The City reported no disruptions to its current operations while maintaining productivity.
